Server-side advertising measurement. When you reach our site from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, the link you followed carries an advertising identifier issued by Meta. So that we can measure how our advertising performs, our server transmits that identifier, your IP address and your browser identification (user agent) directly to Meta. This operation reads nothing and stores nothing on your device, and it involves neither your name, nor your email address, nor your telephone number.

Booking measurement. When you complete a booking on our site, we also transmit to Meta the amount and the number of players, together with your email address and your telephone number in hashed form (SHA-256). Hashing is irreversible: we never transmit these values in clear text. It allows Meta to match the booking with an advertisement it may have shown you.

These measurements rest on our legitimate interest. If you refuse cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, the server-side measurement of advertising arrivals does not take place. You may object to all of these measurements at any time by writing to contact@lasered.ch.

10. International Transfers

Your data is hosted and processed in Switzerland. In the event of a transfer outside Switzerland or the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

The advertising measurement data described in section 9 is transmitted to Meta Platforms, whose infrastructure is located in the United States. This transfer relies on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Meta adheres, and on the standard contractual clauses included in Meta’s terms of use.

11. Minors

Our services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. All bookings must be made by an adult. For minor participants, parental authorisation is required.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
