These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to any contract for the provision of LaseRed services, whether for laser game or escape game. The client acknowledges having read these conditions before any booking.

Article 1 – Subject

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between LaseRed Sàrl and its clients in connection with the use of its laser game and escape game facilities.

Any booking implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Booking Methods

Bookings can be made:

Bookings are considered firm upon confirmation by LaseRed.

2.2 Minimum Number of Players

All bookings are based on a minimum of 4 players for all session durations.

2.3 Age Confirmation and Accuracy of Information

  • The person making the booking confirms they are 18 years of age or older
  • Clients confirm on their honour that all information provided is accurate and verified
  • If incorrect information requires additional research, extra charges may be invoiced

Article 3 – Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Current prices are available on our website and may be changed at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment must be made no later than the end of the booked session. Deferred payment is not accepted.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Payment card
  • Cash (CHF only)
  • Twint
  • LaseRed gift vouchers

Article 4 – Cancellation and Modification

4.1 Cancellation by the Client

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the booking date, by email only to contact@lasered.ch.

After this period, the booking remains due in full.

4.2 Modification

Any booking modification must be requested by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and is subject to availability.

4.3 Cancellation by LaseRed

LaseRed reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or for technical reasons. In such cases, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Article 5 – Liability and Safety

5.1 Safety Rules

The client agrees to comply with all safety measures communicated by LaseRed, whether verbally or in writing. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

5.2 Damage to Equipment and Sets

Any equipment, set or element damaged by the client must be reimbursed at its replacement value, including:

  • Replacement cost
  • Shipping and logistics costs
  • Customs fees if applicable
  • Any other costs arising from the damage

5.3 Damage Procedure

  • Payment for damages may be required immediately (card, cash, bank transfer)
  • If the responsible party cannot be identified, the person who made the booking will be held liable
  • A damage report must be completed by the players and the booking responsible
  • In case of dispute, LaseRed's version shall prevail

5.4 Insurance

LaseRed holds public liability insurance. Clients are encouraged to check their own insurance coverage.

Article 6 – Late Payment

In the event of late payment, additional charges will apply:

  • Collection fee: 15% of the amount due
  • Administrative fee: CHF 20.-

These fees are intended to cover administrative costs and the additional efforts required for collection.

Article 7 – Personal Data

Clients' personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

This data may be shared with third parties, in particular a debt collection agency in the event of unpaid debts.

To ensure efficient and secure handling of your requests, here are our official communication channels:

8.1 Email Communication

8.4 Unsupported Channels

Communications via SMS, WhatsApp and other instant messaging platforms are not monitored and do not guarantee a response.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, videos, logos and graphics, is the exclusive property of LaseRed Sàrl.

No reproduction, distribution or use is permitted without the prior written consent of LaseRed.

Article 10 – Minors

Minor participants must be accompanied by a responsible adult or hold a written parental authorisation. LaseRed reserves the right to refuse entry to an unaccompanied minor.

Article 11 – Right of Refusal

LaseRed reserves the right to refuse access to its facilities to any person:

  • Who does not comply with safety rules
  • Under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
  • Displaying inappropriate or dangerous behaviour

In these cases, no refund will be issued.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

LaseRed cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disaster, fire, widespread outage, etc.).

Article 13 – T&C Amendments

LaseRed reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of booking.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts shall have sole jurisdiction. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LaseRed Sàrl (Etoy, Vaud).
